Every VON appliance carries a manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

• Most appliances: 12 months parts and labour.
• Fridge and freezer compressors: up to 5 years.
• Air conditioners: 12 months on the unit, longer on the compressor.
• Register within 30 days by calling 0800 720 404 with your order reference and serial number.
• Keep your receipt — it is the proof of purchase date.

Repairs are carried out by VON-trained technicians using genuine parts.

• Book a repair on 0800 720 404 (toll free) or enquiries@von.co.ke.
• In-warranty repairs are free where the fault is covered.
• Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before any work starts.
• Large appliances are usually serviced in your home; small appliances come to a centre.

Genuine VON spares are stocked for the current range and for several years after.

• Order through any VON showroom or the support line.
• Have your model number ready — it is on the rating plate and on your receipt.
• Third-party parts void the warranty, so we only fit genuine spares.

We deliver countrywide and install the appliances that need it.

• Free delivery on orders over KES 20,000.
• Nairobi metro from KES 500; upcountry from KES 1,200.
• 2–5 working days — the driver calls before arriving.
• Installation is available for cookers, hobs, hoods, built-in ovens and air conditioners.
• Collection from any showroom is free and usually ready within 24 hours.

If something is wrong, tell us quickly and we will put it right.

• Report transit damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.
• Unopened, unused appliances can be returned within 7 days in original packaging.
• Faulty appliances are repaired, replaced or refunded under the warranty.
• Bespoke, installed and clearance items are not returnable unless faulty.
